Fact Question - Fact questions are the issues in a trial that concern facts of the trial and how they occurred. Fact Questions are opposite to Questions of Law and are decided by the jury unless it is a bench trial or non-jury trial, in which case the judge would decide the fact questions.

Fiduciary - A fiduciary is a person that has a legal relationship with another of trust and confidence. A fiduciary also has a duty to act for the benefit of the other. Examples of fiduciaries are trustees, executors and guardians.

File a Lawsuit - Preparation of paperwork with facts and legal issues on a matter to be presented to the court. Most often, people choose a lawyer to file a lawsuit because the paperwork is very involved and if not filled out and filed correctly, can waylay the course of justice.
