Malfeasance - Malfeasance is described as the commission of evil acts, wrongful acts or wrongful conduct.

Mitigating Circumstances - Mitigating circumstances are circumstances that do not offer an excuse or justification for an offense but may be considered as a reason for reducing the degree of the blame placed on the defendant.

Motion - A motion is an application that is made to the judge for obtaining an order that directs an act to be done in favor of the party that presents the motion to the court.
