Tort - Tort, in civil law, is an injury against a person or property or a wrong done to them. Tort does not include breach of contract.

Trial Calendar - The trial calendar is a list that is maintained by a clerk of the court or the clerk of a trial judge of the cases that are awaiting trial. The trial calendar will include the names of attorneys representing the parties, dates and other information.
