How Does a Contingency Arrangement Help Me Afford a Lawyer?

We do get asked a lot of times. I can't afford hire a lawyer, how am I gonna be able to afford to hire you? And the answer to that is the contingency fee arrangement. I love the contingency fee engagement because it allows our clients to be able to get the best representation possible while at the same time being on the same side as the client. In whatever happens on the case, the lawyers get paid based upon how good of a job they do. So if there's no recovery, then the lawyers don't get paid and the client owes no money, if the lawyers do successfully recover money for the client, then the lawyers get a percentage of what they recover. So it allows lawyers and clients to be on the same team.
