How Our Veterans Department Helps Patients

[MUSIC PLAYING] As a VA-accredited claims agent, we're able to help patients access their VA benefits, whether it be health care through the Veterans Administration, their disability claims, spousal support, aid in attendance, anything that the VA provides we can help the patient access. And it also gives patients an opportunity to have care outside of the VA while the VA covers the expense. So as a veteran patient, you're entitled to civilian and VA resources and we help the patients understand how to access both. [MUSIC PLAYING]
