When we moved to Perth, we put Brian under palliative care and the medical team connected to the palliative care was the most amazing, most amazing group of people and they really improved Brian's quality of life. Consisted of a pain management specialist, a nurse, a chaplain, a counsellor who was very much there for me as well as Brian and a silver chain staff. And it really did make a difference to our quality of life and they were there for us one hundred percent whenever we needed them.
