For Tania Cole, the journey of caregiving was filled with unknowns. She highlights the importance of finding resources for support. Reading stories from others provided a sense of connection and reduced feelings of isolation. Through these shared experiences, empathy blossomed as she connected with the struggles of others.

When we're going through, this journey, there was a lot of things that we did not know, and we were looking for some resources. That's when we went to Asbestos.com and trying to, hear about other stories about other people that have gone through the same thing and what they were doing. That really helped us knowing that I was not the only one that was going through this journey and that there were other families struggling and what they were doing to really cope with with the situation, that really helped. When I was reading it, I really, connected with those stories and I can I empathize with, some people and what they were going through. That's what we were going through.
