About Daniel

Daniel Wasserberg is recognized as one of the country’s premier mesothelioma attorneys. He’s a founding partner of Meirowitz & Wasserberg, a Manhattan-based personal injury and mass torts law firm that handles asbestos cases across the nation.

Wasserberg, a Houston native, earned his Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University School of Law. He’s licensed to practice law in Texas, New York, New Jersey and Illinois, as well as in several federal courts.

Before launching his law firm, he represented asbestos victims at two well-known law firms in Texas and New York. In addition to representing asbestos and mesothelioma plaintiffs, he also specializes in other types of injury such as defective drugs, medical devices, contaminated water, and catastrophic injury.

“Every client is different, and if you don’t know them, then you don’t know what you’re fighting for,” Wasserberg said.

Wasserberg regularly speaks at industry summits and conferences that feature the nation’s leading attorneys.
